Shiloh is a place to call home. Shiloh New Covenant Church is committed to releasing a revival culture. We value the manifest presence of God in our midst. We value and pursue the quest of Ephesians 3:17-19, that through the knowledge and encounter of His love, we experience the fullness of God and are then equipped to give it away. We believe that the supernatural power of God is to be displayed through the life of every believer. It is our duty to live out of "Your kingdom come, Your will be done. On earth as it is in heaven."

Celebrating 24 Years
On November 1, 2004 Shiloh New Covenant Church celebrated 20 years since its charter as a church in Cumberland VA. Earlier in the summer of '84 a group of believers who were looking for a place where they could experience the working power and presence of the Holy Spirit in Cumberland. It became clear to those first founding families that the Lord was wanting to birth such a work in Cumberland County Virginia. They began meeting on one of the family's front lawn, and shortly afterwards they moved into the bandroom in a local school where they held services. That small beginning in 1984 has blossomed and Shiloh today is a growing body of believers who are hungering after God's Presence and longing to share that reality with others. |
Believers are the dwelling place of God, the 'Temple of the Holy Spirit'. For this reason each of us is called to live in place of His Presence that the glory of God would be evident within and upon us. You will find the reality of His Presence in our services as we worship, the Presence of God manifests amongst us. He is a God who dwells in the midst of the praises of His people. The Father seeks out worshippers who worship Him in Spirit and Truth. New Testament Reality Believers filled with the Holy Spirit are the gateway for God's power to be manifest in this world. "On earth as it is in heaven" As our minds are renewed to this reality a shift takes place, no longer begging God to do something, but living out the reality of God's Kingdom established and purchased by the finished work of the cross.
